Pork Chops and Apples (Source)
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds
pork chops, boneless
- 1/2 cup
brown sugar
- 4 whole
apples, peeled, cored and diced
- 2 teaspoons
cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
Freezing Directions:
After pork
chops are browned, place all ingredients in gallon freezer bag and freeze. To
serve: Thaw in refrigerator for 24 hours. Place ingredients in pan. Cover with foil and bake in pre-heated
oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
